Description
The VBK Hypochlorous Acid Generator (500 L/h) is the workhorse. It makes up to 500 litres of HOCl an hour on site, which adds up to 4,000 litres across an 8-hour shift. It’s built for food processing plants, poultry and livestock farms and commercial cleaning contractors, where HOCl runs all day.
On a busy site, HOCl isn’t something you top up now and then. It’s a line item that runs every hour of every shift. This generator takes that whole supply chain off your plate.
Why Make HOCl On Site?
At this volume, buying ready-made means pallets, standing orders and deliveries you can’t afford to miss. With an on-site HOCl generator you get:
- Supply that keeps pace: 4,000 litres a shift, made where you use it
- A lower cost per litre: the more you use, the faster it pays back
- No pallets on the floor: nothing to order, stack or move around site
- Control over strength: set output anywhere from 50 to 200 ppm for different jobs
- Remote visibility: WiFi monitoring puts output and status on your phone
- Fewer parts to wear out: no electrolysis cell, so fewer service calls over the life of the unit
With the VBK 500, your supply runs as long as your shift does.
300 or 500?
Work backwards from your daily volume:
- The 300 makes 1,500 litres in a 5-hour run
- The 500 makes the same 1,500 litres in 3 hours
- If you run long shifts, or plan to grow, go 500
Both connect to mains water at 0.25 to 0.4 MPa and a standard 220 to 240V single-phase supply, on the same 500 x 335 mm footprint.
About VBK
VBK designs and builds on-site hypochlorous acid (HOCl) generation equipment. Its founding R&D team came from the Harbin Institute of Technology, and the company holds its own patents for HOCl production. VBK is also the drafting organisation for a Chinese group standard on hygiene requirements for HOCl generators.
