These terms apply to every order placed on uae.hoclhub.com, whether you are a retail customer buying for personal use or a business buying commercially.These terms are written in English and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you place your order governs that order. We update the effective date at the top whenever we make changes.
Our Products:
uae.hoclhub.com sells hypochlorous acid (HOCl) products for retail customers and businesses across the UAE and GCC. Our range includes face and body sprays, surface disinfectants, packs and bundles, and bulk or custom supply for businesses.Every product is clearly labelled with its intended use, concentration, and compliance status. What you see on the product page is what you receive.
If a product does not do what it says, contact us — we will put it right.All products are sourced from certified manufacturers and verified for concentration, pH, and stability before listing. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a full refund.For businesses: wholesale, white label, private label, and consultancy services are available at uae.hoclhub.com/hocl-for-businesses. Commercial orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of enquiry.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on uae.hoclhub.com are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Prices are inclusive of UAE VAT at 5% where applicable, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order.We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you have paid, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.Invoices are issued in AED and will clearly show the VAT amount where applicable, in accordance with UAE invoicing requirements.
Orders & Contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised commercial resale, or that exceed reasonable personal or business quantities without prior agreement.
Consumer Rights — UAE
Your rights under UAE consumer protection law
UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations give you the right to receive products that match their description, are fit for purpose, and are of acceptable quality. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of anything else in these terms.
Returns & refunds
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item: info@hoclhub.comItems must be in original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Return pickup is available across the UAE — a pickup fee of AED 17 applies, arranged by HOCl Hub. If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, a re-delivery fee of AED 6 applies. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method
Defective or wrong items
If your item arrives defective or we send the wrong product, photograph it before use and email info@hoclhub.com within 48 hours. Do not use the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — pickup is covered by us
Shipping
Full shipping details are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy at uae.hoclhub.com/shipping-and-returns. That policy forms part of these terms.Free standard shipping applies to all retail orders over AED 150 within the UAE. Orders below AED 150 and all B2B orders are subject to shipping costs shown at checkout or agreed separately. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
Intellectual Property
All content on uae.hoclhub.com — including text, images, product descriptions, the HOCl Hub name, and all associated marks — is owned by or licensed to H O C L Trading or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.You may download or print content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, H O C L Trading's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or our products, except where UAE law does not permit such exclusion.Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or any order placed on uae.hoclhub.com is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.We will always attempt to resolve disputes directly and amicably before any formal proceedings.
