Description

The VBK Hypochlorous Acid Filling Machine turns your on-site generator into a bottling line. Two nozzles fill 2 litres each, accurate to ±1%, from a 160 litre tank built into the unit.

Hand-filling is where the hours go. You fill from a tap, eyeball the level, wipe up the overspill and do it again. Every bottle comes out slightly different, and a morning disappears.

About VBK

VBK designs and builds on-site hypochlorous acid (HOCl) generation equipment. Its founding R&D team came from the Harbin Institute of Technology, and the company holds its own patents for HOCl production. VBK is also the drafting organisation for a Chinese group standard on hygiene requirements for HOCl generators.

What It Needs

• Keep the machine in a room between 5°C and 55°C.
