Description
The VBK Hypochlorous Acid Generator (300 L/h) makes fresh HOCl on site, on demand, for clinics, schools, farms and food sites that use it every day. It connects to your mains water and a standard power supply and produces up to 300 litres an hour. So you stop ordering it, stop storing it and stop running out of it.
This is the compact model. It’s sized for one busy site, not a production line.

How It Works
Connect it to:
- A mains water supply at 0.25 to 0.4 MPa
- A standard 220 to 240V single-phase power supply
- 500 x 335 mm of floor space, with 870 mm of height
Set your output on the control panel, start it, and draw fresh HOCl from the outlet. At 300 litres an hour, a 2-hour run gives you 600 litres.
About VBK
VBK designs and builds on-site hypochlorous acid (HOCl) generation equipment. Its founding R&D team came from the Harbin Institute of Technology, and the company holds its own patents for HOCl production. VBK is also the drafting organisation for a Chinese group standard on hygiene requirements for HOCl generators.

Good to Know:
- HOCl has a faint chlorine-like scent. That’s normal.
- HOCl left to dry on bare metal can leave rust marks, so wipe metal surfaces after use.
- Install and service the unit following the setup guide supplied with it.
